Abstract

Oracle APEX-based software supports rural health centers, mobile clinics, and community patient outreach through a secure web-based platform. The system manages patient registration, appointments, medical history, prescriptions, vaccination records, maternal care, laboratory results, and follow-up activities. Mobile healthcare teams can record patient information during field visits and synchronize data with centralized Oracle databases. Automated reminders help track immunizations, chronic disease reviews, antenatal visits, and missed consultations. Dashboards allow healthcare administrators to monitor disease patterns, outreach coverage, medicine availability, and highrisk patients across communities. Role-based access, authentication, data validation, audit trails, and secure backups protect sensitive information. Overall, the software can improve healthcare access, field coordination, patient tracking, preventive care, and service delivery in rural and underserved areas.
