Automated reminders help track immunizations, chronic disease reviews, antenatal visits, and missed consultations. Dashboards allow healthcare administrators to monitor disease patterns, outreach coverage, medicine availability, and highrisk patients across communities. Role-based access, authentication, data validation, audit trails, and secure backups protect sensitive information.
