Abstract

Dietary habits are closely linked to both physical health and psychological well-being. This study explores the influence of everyday dietary patterns on the physical and mental health of adults. Particular attention is given to meal regularity, consumption of fruits and vegetables, intake of processed foods, hydration, sugar consumption, and overall dietary balance. Physical well-being is assessed through energy levels, body weight, digestive health, and general fitness, while mental well-being is evaluated through mood, stress, concentration, and perceived emotional health. The findings suggest that balanced and nutrient-rich dietary habits are associated with improved physical functioning, greater energy, and better mental well-being. In contrast, frequent consumption of highly processed foods, excessive sugar intake, irregular meals, and poor hydration are linked with unfavorable health outcomes. The study emphasizes the importance of healthy dietary practices as a practical approach to supporting overall well-being and reducing the risk of lifestyle-related health problems among adults.
