Abstract

Software systems for digital twin-based monitoring create virtual representations of industrial production processes, machines, and equipment conditions. The platform combines real-time sensor data, operational history, simulation models, and performance indicators to reflect the current state of physical assets. Digital twins help operators monitor production output, energy use, temperature, vibration, pressure, and component degradation. Analytical models identify abnormal behaviour, predict equipment failures, and evaluate possible process adjustments before applying them to actual operations. Centralized dashboards provide information on machine health, production efficiency, downtime risks, maintenance requirements, and resource utilization. Integration with manufacturing execution, maintenance, and enterprise systems improves operational coordination. The software helps industries reduce equipment failures, optimize production processes, improve asset reliability, and support accurate data-driven decisions.
