Stress is a common occupational and lifestyle-related factor that can influence the overall health of working adults. This study examines the relationship between perceived stress levels and general health among employed individuals. Stress is assessed through workload, time pressure, work-life balance, financial concerns, and interpersonal challenges, while general health is evaluated through physical symptoms, emotional well-being, sleep quality, fatigue, and self-reported health status. The findings suggest that higher stress levels are associated with poorer general health, including increased fatigue, sleep disturbances, reduced concentration, emotional strain, and frequent physical complaints. In contrast, lower stress levels and effective coping strategies are linked with better physical and psychological well-being. The study highlights the importance of workplace support, stress-management practices, adequate rest, regular physical activity, and healthy daily routines in reducing stress-related health problems and promoting better overall health among working adults.
